Shipping Policy

1. General Information We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery processes.

2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India, covering major cities and towns. However, some remote areas may not be serviceable. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost)

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹50-₹150 may apply for orders below ₹999, depending on the delivery location.
  • Express and same-day shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

7. Address & Contact Information Ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund based on the courier’s confirmation.
